Veddriq Leonardo set this record in the final round, when he competed with fellow Indonesian rock climbing athlete, Kiromall Katibin. In the final round, Veddriq Leonardo recorded a time of 5.208 seconds and was crowned the champion of the men’s speed category at the 2021 IFSC Boulder World Cup.
Meanwhile, in 2022, Kiromal Katibin set a world record in his own name when competing in an international competition, the IFSC World Cup 2022 in Chamonix, France (8/7/2022) with a time of 5.00 seconds. Yenny invites all Indonesian citizens to attend and witness this prestigious world rock climbing tournament while providing maximum support for Indonesian national athletes who will fight in this tournament.
Of course, continued Yenny, the presence of supporters will be an additional energy for athletes who are somewhat able to provide the best results for Indonesia.
“The way to watch is free, you just have to come. But don’t forget the booster vaccine and follow the Covid 19 prevention and transmission standards,” said Yenny Wahid.
